Free shipping over $150
Free worldwide shipping on orders over $150 USD. Orders under $150 ship at a flat $9.95 USD. All costs shown at checkout — no hidden fees.
Dispatch & delivery
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from our Mumbai studio.
- Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after dispatch via tracked courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex).
- Made-to-order and peak-season pieces may take up to 21 business days. We will tell you if this applies to your order.
- You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.
Duties & import taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your country. These are not included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility.
Returns
- You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.
- Choose a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange — whichever you prefer.
- Email houseofcottonprints@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. We will confirm the Mumbai return address and instructions.
- Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer, sent via a tracked service.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, and we cover the return shipping. This is our mistake to fix, not yours to pay for.
Non-returnable
Clearly marked final-sale items and personalised pieces cannot be returned, except where faulty.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
Cancellations
Need to change or cancel? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to catch it before it ships.
